bad attitude
went to Ackermans store in the plaza (hartfiled PTA), a guy called THbo is rude, inconsiderate, and have a don't care attitude towards customers. i don't now how he ended u working for your store. he thinks he can bully and "fight" with customers. never seen such a low life attitude towards ppl. this is NOT the 1st time this happens. he thinks he owns the shop. he better try and go brush up his customer care etiquette .
