bad attitude
I went to Ackermans festival to go do a refund of an item and i got assisted by a lady called Portia rude as hell, telling me the way i can not get a refund the shop is not busy they dont have money. is it my problem that the shop is not busy ? No its not. like Ackermans teach your rude staff to knew customer's.
