BAD ATTITUDE

a colleague of mine went to ackermans parkview monday morning with an issue on her phone. She spoke to a so called manager(Fortunate Msesenyane) who was very rude and told her the issue she had was not her problem, instead of at least giving her good advice like the sales person(Sabelo) that helped her today. She was NOT even wearing a name tag. She was arrogant. And when we asked about her, the other saleslady new exactly who we were talking about after we told them what happened on monday. Apparently this is how she talks to people/customers. This is totaly wrong especially coming from a store manager.
