Baby competition worse competition ever

I trying to enter the baby competition, tried sending two different pictures followed the instructions, but I can't see my baby's pictures, email the customer service to assist but they failed dismally, the people I trusted they could help but couldn't get help. From them .the is a child who is over age but her picture is there.its really frustrating knowing that you have followed the instructions but you can't see you picture there and can't be assisted
