WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN STORE AND CALL CENTRE Reps are failing to explain or breakdown an amount thats showing as it has not been paid whereas every month an amount is paid for this card and now apperantly i am owing because of a policy which i did not sign up for and have no confirmation email or even text that I'm a member this is *****ELENT AND SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY When i contacted the customer service they blocked me because i asked questions the rep could not answer and she dropped the call on me.
