I went to Ackermans to take out my laybye and after standing on a long queue was told that I can't get my laybye out because I didn't not have my receipt or ID with me, but when i was there making a laybye no one told me that i need to come with my id or receipt with me or I wouldn't be able to get my clothes out and the supervisor Beauty was giving me an attitude instead of explaining to me why can't I get my laybye out Ackermans need to train its staff that they need to inform customers about the changes they are making. We using our money and time to come and shop on these stores and we expect to get good customer service.
