So after 2 months of no communication at all from the store or the factory, (bear in mind that it's a 1 year warranty phone? Then I went to ask by the store and I was told that "you will receive call when it arrives." and all of a sudden after 2 months and few days, my sister received a call that we can go and collect, on arrival the phone was check and seemed, the phone still has a battery problem, as for sim cards it's picky...but let's see how things go
