I just want to formally thank nicolene for all her effort in trying to get my claim sorted out for my daughters tablet, she has been making calls to and fro,and I not the easiest person to get hold of. Thank u nicki for all ur and Tyron's help. Nicolene deserves some sort recognition for her efforts in dealin with ur useless insurance side of the business,which by the way they still have not made any contact with me regarding my claim, I missed 2 calls on 1 day a few minutes apart and was unable to call the number back, and no1 has tried to contact me again EEERRRGGGHHHH
