attitude and knowledge

Visited the ackermans branch in pe...govan mbeki branch wanting to purchase 2 cellphones..firstly i politely asked for assistance for the consultant to open up the cellohone cabinet ....which i waited 15 minutes...ahe told me she cant show me the phone cabinet...i asked her y she answered n told me she cant...later i heard from another employee that they were ******....i do understand but what about the genuine customer wanting to buy 2 cellphones...now im stuck with 2 ag edge cellphones of which i wantwd something better but was suggested these slow cellphones...the 1 i wanted was more expensive but i was told this was a better option....This is bad advise given and as per cpa i have a cooling off period....i would like this to be resolved asap....il be happy to exchange this but the 1 staff member does not portray a very good image for your brand.service is bad in the store except the 1 till operator who assisted us in the end.
