Assistant manager Nomfundo busted on me

Assistant manager (Nomfundo) at Sam Ntuli mall busted on me on the 24th of December 2022, she was yelling screaming and shouting at me telling me how she knows her job how she has been working in retail for over 10years over a miner question that I wanted to ask her as she was working at the door, she didn't even give me a chance to speak I understand the shop was full she was probably overwhelmed however I believe that she can't work under pressure because of how she behaved herself.. I wanted to exchange a trouser however I did not have the slip and the packaging was not from Ackerman's I just wanted her to acknowledge me since she was still busy with someone else so that I can be able to go inside the shop and look for something else then when she is done with that guy I can come back to her so she can attend to me, however when I approach her seemed as if I was annoying her.. how she made people look at me.. I got anxiety attack when I get home and got admitted.. hence I am writing my review so late I don't see myself going to Ackerman's at Sam Ntuli ever!
