Arrogant and rude staff

had the most unpleasant experience at your Forest Hill store . I released lay buy items at the shop on the 21st of June when paying I notified them that I did not have the original slip of the items ,they then requested my ID number then informed me of the balance to be paid .I paid the balance ,when fitting my child the shoes they were too big I then on the 22nd proceeded to Forest Hill for a refund or exchange a staff member by the name of Hassan was very unhelpful when I asked him to check which store can I get the right size ,he said to me he doesn’t have the number of any Diepsloot store or Ackermans and I must google the numbers myself so he can check wether they have the boots in store or not . He called his colleague by the name of Harry who was very arrogant to say the least and started reading the return and exchange policy after 30days when my purchase was finalised the day before , they also wanted I copy of my Id and my question to them was why was it not requested when I paid and what is the difference between a store copy and my copy they couldn’t give me an answer .I requested for a slip yesterday the 21st when I made the final payment which I was told it is inside the bag when I got home no slip was in the bag therefore I cannot get my refund . The two staff members were not helpful and wasted my time and petrol as they made me drive to oliven plaza claiming they have the size I wanted ,upon arrival at oliven I was told the staff at Forest Hill did not confirm the availability of the shoes I wanted which meant I drove to plaza for nothing.

Consider employing helpful staff as I got no joy from your Forest Hill store .I do not see myself visiting that store anymore and I shall share my bad experience with my friends and family.
