Arkamans call center /customer care service

I received a call from 1 of ur call center today the lady was very rude unprofessional n very disrespectful is this what I do to ur paying customers on ur call center force them to do an arrangement during the month as if m not paying I will not make any payments until u sort out ur stuff why call me if they going to tell me ******* arkamans fix ur employees calls r recorded look into it n fix it totally unacceptable..... Call received at 1:50pm from*** she didn't even introduced her self n just told me to pay my account m really ****ed
