I recently bought my baby 3 fluffy baby grows from Ackermans and one of the the zip stopped working within a month i didn’t keep my proof of purchase as the grows were a perfect fit,I made contact with Ackermans customer service to express my disappointment, I am happy to say that Ackermans replaced the baby grow for me within 5 days of being in contact with them, Thank you team Ackermans I am a happy mom at this moment.keep up the amazing customer service
