Application declined without explanation

I am so so sooo disappointed with Ackerman's. I've been their customer since I’ve had a child and it 2+ years. I did an online application and they were very quick to decline. No one calls you after to explain why or anything. It’s very disappointing. It’s not like I’m struggling to pay cash purchase but I just wanted an account for my lil one.
