Appalling service I have ever experienced

The worst service ever as someone who works for customer service I was Livid.I got Ackermans Randburg to buy Itel Ts Pro phone before 1pm on the 24 April 2026..was told they waiting for safe to open which takes 10-15 minutes but on that day I waited until 2pm for the stupid safe to open and no one was helping me until I screamed in the shop only ro to find out the phone is not even in the safe it's the by the glass with other phones..that phone comes with 7+7 gigs and they didn't even give any of that after the horrible service they have mw and wasted my time they don't give mw my data.. I'm appalled by this service
