Appalling Service

Your service is absolutely appalling.

I placed this order on 4 October 2024. It was never delivered.

I got a phone call from the person to whom my order was delivered to. She took it to a store thousands of km's from me to be refunded on 9 October 2024.

Since then I have been calling, sending online messages and visiting your stores and every single person have chosen to ignore my requests for help and no one wanted to help me.

Today, 30 October 2024, I receive a message:

"Dear Joleen Unfortunately your Order has been cancelled. Your refund is being processed. For reference, here is your order number: ??????????. Kind regards The Ackermans Team"

So still no refund, just a refund processing.

No communication, rude staff and no moral or business ethics. You are one of the worst companies I have every come across.
