Appalling customer service

The customer service at Ackermans bridge city is appealing Even the manager that was there today did not care this I was late at work they took their own time to even open the shop while they were supposed to open at 8:30 I went to collect my refund that was supposed to be reversed back to my account as I used the card to pay, even the lady who was assisting me had no empathy I ended up being rude as well they were asking me same questions no matter how little the refund was if that was why the manager and the lady behaved that way they do not know how to treat customers, they behave as if that is their fathers shop I ended up being late at work
