Angry customer

I am extremelly angry. I was at Ackermnans Connet in Richards Bay today. I purchase a phone with them using this Phone yami where you are allowed to pay for the phone for 12 months. Unfortunatelly the consultant mixed the ID numbers. Used the other customer ID number not mine and we picked that up when they were doing the rica process. Now when I asked for my refund they said I must wait for the 48 hours. While I did pay. Why is the wait. Please help and attend to this as a matter or urgency.
