Angry, angry

I bought makeup and went to click and collect in store, just to find out my liquid foundation and pressed powder, BROKEN. not even bubble wrapped. Just in a simple packet as if i bought it in the store. I'm seriously disappointed, really unacceptable. The pick and packers should really do a better job next time
