Hi Peter. I filled in alication forms at ackermans Kimberly store but couldn't finish the process due to outstanding documents my ID copy, payslip and 3 months bank statements then I told them I will only do then as soon as I arrived in Kathu but eventual I forgot until one day I saw an sms saying my application was approved for R7000 then few days again there was a balance of R50 of which I ignored it but fewer days it was 250 until it was R800. I complained and was told to write an affidavit and submit to ackermans ***** department I did and the matter was resolved and I was asked if I still need the account I said no I never had an account and I will never because if they can buy without any card or approve my account without any payslip, bank statements or ID copy what about the people who never notice such misconduct, only to find out I have a new balance now.....
