*********** and rude

I recieve several phone calls on a daily basis from Ackerman looking for someone who I do not know. I have repeatable told the ladies calling that they have the wrong number on their system and requested that they remove my number. But due to lack of training or plain inexperience my requests are ignored and when I mention the popi act they simply end the call. This is becoming infuriating and something needs to be done about it or at the very least ackermans needs to consider the proper training for telesales staff.
