I am disgusted with this company. Earlier in the year my phone number was changed without my permission. It happed again last week. The worst part is that this this around there was a purchase made. The company is refusing to give me the recording of the conversation that took place when my number was changed. They even refuse to give me the receipts of the purchases so that i can go to the police. I can not go to the police with nothing in hand. I spoke to the supervisor ****aad Abrahams. She is just as bad as most of the peple at the call centre.
