Amount charged twice
I visited your branch at east rand mall in February, the card machine had a problem the 1st time attempted paying, and the 2nd time the payment went through. When checking my bank statement, i now realize that the payment had gone through twice for 1 item. Could the matter please be attended too, queried and then refunded. Thank you
