Amazing service

<p>I would like to complement Ackermans in festival mall for the outstanding service. On the 16th of April 2017 I did shopping and the store was full... the ques were long and the system offline... they handled everything so well. The customers were informed when the system came back on line the que moved quickly... I didn't spend that much time waiting even though the store was full. And today I went again to do an exchange. The supervisor at the tills was very friendly and the cashier quick and efficient... well done Ackermans festival mall you made my day... keep it up</p>
