Amazing assistance

<p>Yesterday, 18th December I went out intending to do Christmas clothes shopping for my two sons and husband. I had planned on going to Ackermans for my son's as I love the kids clothes available, but was weary as I had my handbag ****** a month ago containing all my card's and ID book. I first went into Jam clothing and Picknpay clothing as I needed to buy a swimming costume (which ackermans didn't have) and found other clothes which I could buy if Ackermans wasn't able to give me a new card. </p> <p>Pleasantly I went into Ackermans Gateway and told them my scenario as I know the FSP only accepts ID books which I don't have. Sandile, from ackermans gateway offered to assist and could see I really needed this card to buy the Christmas things and after my begging and pleading to try use my Drivers as validation agreed to it and mentioned he was putting his job on the line for me. I left that day spending R1028.25 at Ackermans which I would've spent elsewhere had I not received a new card. Congrats to Sandile for assisting me and I hope his management will see it as a positive.</p>
