**** ALERT !!!

it is now 4 months and I'm stuck with a phone which i have to pay R286.56 every month for the next 8 month UNINFORMED why are we being ****med in a public store like this i love ACKERMANS to bits but this is where they have failed me. Im not happy at all about this. Initially i went into the store wanting PayJoy services where by you pay an upfront fee and you pay the remaining balance of the phone over 3 or 4 months this is what i was offered unknowingly !!!
