Against consumer council rules
Good day
On 10/04/2021 i baught a premio X83 R1099 at mookgophong and now they are unwilling to exchange the phone as its not working they say their company policy states only 7 days. But funny consumer council states 6 months in south africa. I cant work without a phone i cant send it in and wait 4 to 8 weeks i paid cash and now no help to fix the problem

After the manager had a meltdown saying that she does not need clients like me I must buy somewhere else??????

I WAS SPEAKING TO HER AND SHE TURNED AND WALKED OFF EVEN WHEN SHE WAS ON MY PHONE WITH HEAD OFFICE SHE WALKED AWAY WHILE I WAS SPEAKING STATING THAT SHE DID NOT HAVE TO REFUND BUT JUST EXCHANGE??????
