Ag nee sies ackermans keimoes

I would like to asks,what i do now,yesterday 10th of April 2026 I've bought my daughter clothes at Ackermans keimoes,only after I got home did I remember about a jacket that she did not fit on,today 11 April 2026 I send my sister to ackermans to exchange the product for me,I only have the lay-buy receipts,they refused to assist me with the exchange,does ackermans not do re prints of receipts?do they not have cameras to review,as proof that I was there yesterday....ag nee man sies julle
