Ackermed medical center

This is a review on Ackermed medical center and not the pharmacy, I am unable to find the ackermed medical center on the search tool. What an awful experience this evening. So extremely disappointed in what used to be our "go to" medical center. My nephew from kzn developed a sudden fever and is scheduled to travel tomorrow, so we decided to go through to the center proior to the travel. I called through to ensure that the center was open, which the operator confirmed it was until 21:30 Once my family arrived at the clinic at 20:40pm the doors was shut. We requested that they kindly open and attend to my nephew as we had called through. There were patients behind us that followed us into the practice. Thereafter we noticed that the patients behind us were being seen before us. When we asked why this was happening we were brushed off stating that these patients were follow up patients. Very deeply disturbed by the way we were treated tonight and need some way of this being investigated and action being taken as this was an emergency situation tonight and wouldn't want someone else to go through this in the future. Please investigate further using camera footage for further clarity. It will reveal all. This felt like racial ************** as only a selected racial group was attended to and we were totally ignored from the time we arrived.
