Ackermans's service is bad

last year my mother's phone just went off, I took it to Ackermans in Queenstown and it was still under warranty. They took it to Vodacom in East London for repairs, it got repaired the same day it went in there I got an SMS saying it was done. When it got back to Queenstown they checked it and found out it was still faulty, they sent it back and i never heard from them again. every time someone goes to the shop they always say they are offline. they don't pick up the calls even if you call them. i bought the phone in port Elizabeth Ackerman. it looks like they are not willing to fix the phone, instead they are playing hide and sick. my name is Siphokazi ***
