Ackermans(Ferndale on republic branch) worst customer experience

I bought a phone at ackermans(Ferndale on republic) 2 months after it gave me screen problems due to factory faults, I then took it back and they said I'll have to wait for 3 weeks for it to get fixed and once it's fixed they will call me after 3 weeks without getting a call I went there and they took out my phone and it wasn't fixed, am so disappointed at Ackermans and how they treat their customers and am asking for help,please contact me on the number *** and on ***, please help me.
