Ackermans Yeoville Branch

I bought a phone at Ackermans yeoville branch in November 2025 ,it had a fault and I returned it to the shop.everytime I went back to go check what is happening with the phone I'd be sent from pillar to post till today I haven't recieved the phone and I refuse to pay for something I didn't even use for 7days and it was never returned to me but I keep getting calls to pay for the phone what exactly am I paying for since the phone was never returned to me and they say there's nothing they can do about it it's 11 months later there's no progress about the case of my phone
