Ackermans worst service ever!

Ackermans zevenwacht mall, what a pathetic company! Every single time when I go in to this shop there is no one to help me on the floor. Absolutely poor customer service at this place. No looks happy to help you and to top it all off, I get to the till on the 26th December wanting to tap pay with my card the lady says to me they don't tap . Only after my husband puts in my card pin twice she tells us that the machine is faulty but by then my bank card had already been blocked!!!!!!!!! I am livid because now I have to risk my health going out to a bank to fix their mistake! I also didn't manage to buy anything because I can't use my card. What a horrible place
