ACKERMANS - WHERE IS MY REFUND THAT YOU OWE ME!?

On the 4 April 2025 I received a SMS from Ackermans Customer Service to notify me that my online order has been cancelled and a the purchase amount will be refunded automatically. It is now the 6 May 2025 and thus far I have not received my refund from Ackermans. I called Customer Care Service twice. With the first call I was told that I will be refunded and with my second call I was told that my order number nor my details are not found on their system. I am so frustrated and irate with my experience I had with Ackermans. CAN YOU PLEASE REFUNDED MY MONEY!
