Ackermans Vincent Park_ East London👎👎👎

Friday the 17th of May 2024 I went to Ackermans Vincent Park to buy my son's birthday outfit, a Denim trouser(R99) hood(R79. 95) and a Sneaker(R179. 95), on the same day I went back to exchange the hood and opted for something diffent which R138. 95 more, then they gave me a different receipt that didn't show the items I bought earlier and kept the old one, I got home the sneakers are small and they were the biggest size in the range, I had to buy another one on the day of but not from Ackermans, I went to Ackermans today (20th May 2024) for my refund but I'm tolf I can't because the receipt I have doesn't show the sneakers even though they stil have the price tag, I was told to find something else, I told them I specifically wanted that item I had seen online, unfortunately it did not fit, why must I be forced now to purchase something I have no interest in because they kept the receipt that shows this item?? Ackermans please refund me
