Ackerman's Verulam is the worst

I went to Ackerman's in Verulam and the service is appalling from the cashier's. I almost collapsed in the store, being highly pregnant. I was at the front of the queue and instead of ringing my stuff, the lady called a guy who was sitting on the side and helped him, then another one, disregarding my presence in the queue. The second lady at the till was rude when I went to her till, told me off and that I was blocking the queue. I must wait until the other lady is finished with the guys who came to buy fine and and airtime. While I was there first. I dropped my basket full of clothes and left. I will NEVER return to that shop again. I almost fainted because I was getting light headed from standing.
