Ackermans Vangate has th worsts tellers and store manager

Yesterday I went to Ackersmans to buy a t-shirt for my nephew. The was only one teller assisting a customer, they were busy on the phone so there was a wait. There was once customer waiting to be served, I get there and my mother and the customer is complaining they have been standing and no one is attending to them. After my mother complains, they call out for someone to help, they call through the phone, I ask superviser or a store manager and I am met with no response, the teller calls into the phone, I asked again and no response, the manager is called to authorise and I ask if he is the manager and he says yes. I reply and tell him I am un-happy with the wait, the store is empty and nor attention or services. He smile and say, I apologies and carries on voiding with his teller. I am disgusted because he has no customer services. I work with customer and for a manager to do that without bothering to find out what the query was in just the pits. The services that we receive as non white is the pits. I hate Vangate Ackermans with my all and I will actively not buy anything from them again, actively make it a point that I would go into a store where I am not valued as a customer.
