Ackerman's ******* me

need help with regards to a cellphone I bought at Ackerman's at the Workshop on the 04 September 2018. After a week the phone started to give me problems. I would just turn off and not charge. I then returned the phone to the store on the 18th of September. I was told the phone will be sent in for repairs which didn't make sense as it was brand new, I thought I'd be given a new one.

So after 21 days with no feedback about my phone and if it had come back from the repair centre, I went back to the shop and was told it hadn't been returned. This went on for 2 whole months of me going up and down to check on my phone and each re I was told it was not back and that I'd be called when it was. Which didn't happen as usual.

So on the 19th I went back again, only to find my phone had come back and no one had bothered to call me and let me know. So I then turned it on and it was working. When o got home I decided to charge overnight it before I use it.

I didn't use it even when it had fully charged, so the next day on the 20th. I decided to update my apps and put my sim card in. All seemed well until I discovered that no sound was coming from the phone when I play music. When I make a call I can hear the ringing sound but as soon as I put it on loud speaker it doesn't work.

Now after 2 months waiting I get a phone that has more problems instead of it being fixed, which was also not nessesaary as I should have been given a new phone.

I need your help with getting a new phone as I'm not willing to wait another 2 months for a 2nd hand phone
