Ackermans torn dress after first wash

I bought a dress at Ackermans Zebediela for 250 it was torn after first wash,it was worse after second wash. I was given a R129 voucher because I didn't have a proof of purchase, I only have a statement. It's a factory fault, the dress has holes but it looks new. I wrote emails to customer care, they closed the ticket without replying
