Ackermans the *******.
I RETURNED AN ITEM ON THE 4th but never received ny refund,I went back to the shop and spent close to an hour only to be told that I have to wait because it 14 working days for a refund to be processed(this is the first im hearing of this),none the less I take that and I leave. After those 14 working days I still have not received my money. I gave back their item but they want me to beg for my money. When I enquired on their Facebook page they kept giving me an automated response but no one got back to me, utterly disgusted by their service. *******!

THEN ASKS ME TO COME TO THE SHOP AGAIN!
Further inconvenience for me.............. This is down right unbelievable.
