Ackermans_Terrible service

I have been attempting to call through to the different Ackermans branches in Cape Town and to no avail. They never answer their phones and I have tried all the Cape town branches hoping someone will eventually answer. I somehow managed to get through to a branch in another province but the gentlemen couldn’t help me with a contact number that actually work for any Cape Town branch or for their stock items. It’s been a nightmare trying to get hold of them. I even tried their call centre; they take you through the steps asking you to make selections for different sections but then cut the call. This is not a onetime thing, I have tried at varies times, months apart. So far, my experience with Ackerman’s has been very disappointing. This is one of the things that discourage me from buying from Ackerman’s
