Ackermans sucks

ACkermans has been harassaing me up to 10 times a day regarding an account. They have billed me for a family plan (who knows) for almost a year, WITH interest. According to law, one can not hand someone over or BILL for something like this. IF THE POLICY IS UNPAID THE FIRST TIME, IT EXPIRES. IT CANNOT BE BILLED AS AN ACCOUNT AS IT IS NOT A SERVICE PROVIDED NOR A PRODUCT RECEIVED!

also, there is NO benificiary listed. How is this legal?

I have numerously asked for EMAIL correspondence, as i cannot speak to different people every day. I actually have a life. Calling 10 times a day is unacceptable after clearly asking for email correspondence.

After a call to my dad aboUt the account, with his ID given ect. His card was cloned, and someone bought R2000 on his account. What a coincidence that a while after his account was cloned. Thanx to the GOOD salesperson they picked it up.

I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH ACKERMANS.
