Ackermans Stores ****ming their customers

I'm having an Ackermans account and paying it every month. The boring part is I'm always paying what I'm expected to pay. Unfortunately my account it's not decreasing by so saying I've been paying for the whole year but still nothing is changing. To my surprise I've tried to come contact them and sends the documents needed. It has come to my attention that they don't respect and treat their customers right and fair as long as every month they receive our money to them it's okay. It's devastating to pay for something that doesn't change
