Ackerman's store {Alberton City) theft cases.

Hi. I went to Ackermans at Alberton City on the 12 of October 2022. As I entered, there was a lady whose phone got ****** inside the store. As I continued with my shopping and I was on my way to the till point, as I was about to take out my card to pay I also discovered that my phone was no longer in my possession. So, the store had two cases of ****** phones and I wasn't even allowed to review the cameras. I do not know if I should come with the policemen to be allowed to view the store cameras because clearly there is a ***** problem. The store wasn't even packed as it is in the middle of the week, and I wouldn't want to blame the staff who might or might not have reported a 'lost and found' phone. I could never be relaxed in shopping at any Ackermans for the longest of times because I am deeply scarred by this experience especially if I wasn't even the only one that experienced such an ordeal, on the very same day even!! The phone was still brand new as well, still have the packages and receipts. Think twice about the safety of your valuables before shopping at Ackermans, especially the one in Alberton City.
