Ackermans store

I am so hurt and disappointed with the service I received at Ackermans store kuilsriver store in zevenwacht mall in cape town I bought two phones in October So one of the phones was not working so I brought back to the shop it was on 11th of November they took the phone and booked it for repairs ever since then I have not received any communication from the store no updates, so on the 16 of December I decided let me go and find out what is happening, they told that they haven't fix the phone BCz IME number is not the one on the box so must bring the correct box , I am very angry why they doing this they kept my phone for 1 month and two weeks without community now. So I have to wait for another 4 weeks
