Ackermans STINKS

I am appalled at the service I recieved at Ackerman's at Diepkloof Square while trying to purchase a phone today, I waited for almost an hour with no one assisting me, and when I enquired about how much longer it will take, I was told to just sit there and wait as these things take long. I then kept on waiting for a further 30 minutes. Only to be called as I was leaving the store(I was very frustrated at this point). I then went to jet stores and got assisted and was walking out the store with phone in hand within 15 minutes.

The managers name is Tinah Lekgwathi and she is completely USELESS, the staff needs serious training in customer service.
