Ackermans staff members have no regard for customers

I had a horrible experience at Ackermans in Pretoria, Johannes Ramokhoase street. On the 18th of May I went to make a lay- buy against my better judgement, I ended up arguing with the cashier, which is common at Arkermans. They have no idea how to treat customers. There was no problem when I used my drivers license for the lay-buy, however on the 19th I went back to cancel it, I was told that I needed to have an ID. I explained that I lived in Vereeniging and the store manager said she did me a favour by allowing me to make the lay-buy in the first place and she put her hand in my face and told me to go get my ID. I was also disturbed by the fact there was one cashier just like the previous day I noticed that one was busy fitting clothes instead of attending customers. I could not reach what I wanted and I was told by a staff member who was standing doing nothing to go find someone else to help me. I humbly request for the second time for my name to be removed from your data base, I do not want to receive SMSs from Ackermans anymore.
