Ackermans Southgate Service doesnt exist

Ackermans Southgate staff believe that they can speak in Languages some of us dont understand,to each other,about customers that are standing right in front of them!!! I called the store after my experience because the Manager LUCKY was to be in meetings all day,after many attempts,the person who answered the phone answered with HALLO. When I asked for the manager he hung up the call and refused to answer the phone again. I didnt appreciate being spoken about by the 2 people at the tills whom I HAD TO GO LOOK FOR TO ASSIST ME TO PAY!!!!!!! IM SO DISGUSTED WITH THE STAFF OF ACKERMANS SOUTHGATE. YOU GUYS SERVICE IS HONESTLY PATHETIC.
