Friday the 25/02/22 15:57 , I went to Ackermans in Polokwane shop 107 and I was assisted by cashier - Phuti Ledwaba. I gave the cashier R370.00 to pay my Ackermans clothing account she instead paid my Multichoice account , I've tried calling this specific Ackermans as well as their head-office and no one is willing assist me, in the mean time my Ackermans account will accumulated interest giving me bad credit. please kindly assist with this query.
