Ackermans sent me a message stating that my policy i had has lapsed fine, all of a sudden i have been paying my account but my accoubt keeps pilling up, only to find that acjermans has activated the policy without informing me, so i dnt want or need the polucy all i knw the pilucy lasde, why did they not infirm me abiut the activation of the policy as they did infirm me that it lapsed, i need all my refund from ackermans regarding that policy noney they have bieng deductin without my knowledge,
